Refunds & Returns Policy

Refunds  (unopened / unused products)

You can return unused items for a full refund up to 30 days after placing your order.

Products must be unopened and returned in a re-saleable condition. Please be sure to pack them safely. A refund will be made to your PayPal account and confirmed to you by email.

Please note: we do not refund postage costs.

Exchanges  (opened products)

If, after trying a product you decide it isn't suitable then please contact us for further advice. If you let us know within 7 days we may be able to offer you an exchange or credit note.
